Client supplying clean linen and do not require laundry services on-site, we have reduced our standard 4-bedroom rate to reflect the time saved. Scope of Work 🧼 1. Deep Cleaning & Sanitisation * Toilets: Complete disinfection inside and out, including base, tank, and behind the bowl. * Showers & Bathtubs: Intensive scrub to remove soap scum, limescale, and surface stains from tiles, grout, acrylic, and glass tracks. * Sinks & Counters: Sanitisation of basins, countertops, and polishing of all chrome fixtures and taps. * Mirrors & Glass: Streak-free cleaning of all mirrors and glass shower panels. 🧽 2. Cabinetry & Surfaces * Cabinets: Detailed exterior wipe-down of all vanity doors, drawers, handles, and accessible shelving. * Flooring: Thorough vacuuming and damp mopping/sanitisation of floor tiles. * Dusting of walls, and skirtings. 🛁 3. Supply Setup & Staging * Placement: Professional styling and setup of your fresh bath mats and towels. * Includes all relevant cleaning products.
